Are you ready to stop suffering and start looking and feeling your best?

If you feel like you’ve tried EVERYTHING and still feel lousy, we know it can be frustrating and you just want to give up.  In conventional medicine, there’s a doctor for every part of your body, but in functional medicine we see the body to be an interconnected whole, within a larger environment.  We recognize that in order to treat one part of the body, all of the other parts must also be considered.

We provide a natural holistic approach rooted in functional medicine using traditional as well as unconventional tools to identify and recommend a treatment plan for your symptoms.

Hi, I’m Laurie Wallis – Registered Nurse and Functional Medicine Practitioner.  I have been a registered nurse for over 25 years, and I have had my health and wellness practice here in Danville for 10 years.

I call myself a health investigator and use my background in traditional medicine along with the latest cutting-edge research in functional medicine to investigate the root causes of any issues you may be having.

I take the results from your assessments, bloodwork, and biofeedback and investigate the root of the cause.  I then help support you in developing a treatment plan that focuses on natural treatments (diet, lifestyle, supplements, and neutraceuticals) so that you can avoid the risks and side effects of pharmaceuticals.

I’m a Chicago native that has called Danville home for the last 11 years.  I love the California sunshine.  When I’m not busy running my business and raising my two teenage sons, I try to spend as much time as I can outdoors – hiking, biking, and swimming.  I am passionate about health and wellness and have been studying and using natural types of wellness for myself and family since I was 11 years old.
