Laurie Wallis, RN is currently accepting new patients in her Danville, CA based office.  She can also do virtual consultations over the phone.

To become a client of Health & Beauty From Within and Laurie Wallis, RN, please follow these steps to apply:

1. Read the section entitled “Working with Laurie” thoroughly. Make sure you are familiar with our office policies and fees before you book your first appointment.
2. Fill out this new client intake forms.  You can print these and bring them in to your initial appointment.
3. After you complete your forms and familiarize yourself with our procedures, you can book at appointment by calling (925) 628-8165.
