How We Work (and Policies)

We embrace a functional medicine approach, combined with an emphasis on a nutrient-dense, whole-foods diet, supplementation and focus on lifestyle factors such as stress management, sleep, and physical activity.  Our approach is well suited to those who are willing to make the necessary changes to take charge of their health.

• While you may experience significant improvement of your issues after one or two sessions, this may not always be the case.  It isn’t realistic to assume that one or two sessions will cure an issue that  took years to develop.

• Your adherence to treatment recommendation plan and recommended diet is the biggest factor of your success.  Choosing to only follow part of the recommended treatment plan is unlikely to result in the resolution of your issues.



• Please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. We make every effort to also be on time for you.

• It is imperative all required paperwork be complete before your visit. You will not be seen until these forms are completed. Please provide any paperwork for review upon arrival.

• It is recommended to schedule your full treatment plan at the time it is set forth. This will ensure that you are able to obtain your preferred dates and times.

• Patients that do not adhere to this advice often realize an extended cost and recovery time.

Late or Missed Appointments

• We require 24 hour business day cancellation notice.

• A Monday appointment requires a Friday cancellation.

• Cancellations or missed appointments outside the 24 hr window will result in a minimum $50 fee.

• A late arrival equals an abbreviated visit, however the fee will remain for the originally scheduled time. This will ensure that we do not infringe upon the next patient’s visit.

Return Policy

• Packages are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase.  Unused may be transferred to another person.

• Supplements may be prescribed as part of your therapy. Unopened and unexpired supplements may be returned for any reason within 14 days (15% Restocking Fee Applies). After 14 days store credit is issued.
